Cancellation of Order

No Cancellation of Order once payment has been made to Niche Babies.

Exchange

If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from our E-Boutique (not due to any manufacturer’s defect), you can exchange for another product in our store within 7 days of receipt.

All exchanges must be in original packaging, unused, with all tags in place. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be rejected by Niche Babies..

Customer can only exchange for another item of equal or higher value. No refund in cash could be made possible.

Exchange must take place within 7 days of receipt.  Strictly, No exchange for personalized items and SPARE PARTS/ ACCESSORIES e.g: Straw Replacement Set etc.

Refund

All goods sold are non-refundable.

Returns

Kindly note that there is strictly no returns after the product is sold unless it is a manufacturer's defect. Kindly inform us of the defect within 7 days from receipt.

Options for Exchange/Returns  

**  By Courier: We'll send our delivery guy to do a one-for-one exchange at a charge of S$8.  

**  Self collect: Email us at info@nichebabies.com to make arrangements to do a one-for-one exchange.

#  Sale, discounted (e.g. bulk discounts) or promotional items are not entitled for refunds, returns and exchange.  

#  Personalized products are not entitled for refund, returns and exchange.
